Established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under Devbhumi Foundation and supported by the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India, ACIC DBF is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystem development in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand.

Located in Shiksha Nagar, Lamachaur, Haldwani—the gateway to Kumaon—ACIC DBF provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, mentorship, funding opportunities, and technical support to aspiring entrepreneurs, students, grassroots innovators, and community women groups.
