The Devbhoomi Foundation, established in 2011, is a non-profit trust committed to promoting holistic development in the Kumaon region. Our core strength lies in our robust community engagement, fostering enduring relationships with various stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, FPOs, SHGs, academic institutions, and research communities. This extensive network enables us to intimately understand and address community needs across diverse sectors, focusing on education, women’s empowerment, rural development, and ecosystem conservation through collaborative awareness sessions and capacity-building programs.

In addition to our overarching initiatives, our trust operates professional institutions like MIET Kumaon and schools such as Swastyayan Senior Secondary School. Emphasizing education, we actively engage in Technology, Management, and Healthcare fields. MIET Kumaon offers a wide array of programs, including BBA and BCA courses affiliated with Kumaun University, Nainital, and nursing and paramedical courses affiliated with Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Medical University, Dehradun. Furthermore, we collaborate with the community through various schemes, including the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, the Institution’s Innovation Council, and the MSME Business Incubator.

Located in Shiksha Nagar, Lamachaur, Haldwani—the gateway to Kumaon—ACIC DBF provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, mentorship, funding opportunities, and technical support to aspiring entrepreneurs, students, grassroots innovators, and community women groups.
